Workshop Details

In this 3 hour introduction, you will be coached step by step to create a beautiful painting

that you will be proud to hang in your home.

We will cover the basics of the one-stroke painting technique, including blending acrylic colours on the palette and practicing simple brush strokes that will be used to create this lovely hydrangea painting.

The workshop fee includes the paints, a practice board and a 10" stretched canvas panel.

Brushes, rags and aprons will be provided for each student to use during the class.

" I would always look at paintings, especially those of flowers and wonder how

they got all those colours smashed together to create that image? Now I know! There is a methodology! I couldn't believe that by the end of the first class I had a painting of a hydrangea... and that I actually painted it. It's inspired me to keep going.

I now know that if I could pick up this technique and achieve it in one class that there are other techniques that I can learn to add to it. I'm excited to take the next class!"
